Healing High Blood Pressure - How My Nearly 70-Year-Old Mom Reversed Her Condition

My Mom’s Journey to Healing High Blood Pressure

Today, I want to share how high blood pressure can be healed. My mom was diagnosed with high blood pressure, high blood sugar, fatty liver, and being overweight when she was in her fifties. She had all the common health issues.

Years later, all her health problems disappeared. How did she do it? When she was diagnosed with high blood pressure and fatty liver, the doctors said she was at high risk for heart disease and diabetes, so she had to take medicine. She relied on the medication very much, feeling dizzy if she didn't take it.

Despite taking the medicine for over five years, eating healthy, and exercising a lot—walking 20,000 to 40,000 steps a day—her health kept getting worse. Because I knew how to heal high blood pressure, I suggested that my mom stop taking her medicine and improve her diet step by step. She listened to me because she felt the medicine wasn't helping after 5-6 years.

In the first year off the medication, she was scared and kept it with her, just not taking it. After a year, she realized she felt the same without the medicine, so she stopped being afraid.

Besides stopping the medication, I told her to completely change her breakfast. She started eating a big plate of fresh fruits, sugar-free and oil-free bread, and avocado. Occasionally, she had eggs, but I didn’t force her to give them up. Lunch and dinner were light and simple. This routine lasted about five years, and her health significantly improved. The doctors were happy with her progress, thinking the medicine worked, but her improvement came from stopping the medication and changing her diet.

Later, when I lived with my mom, I was stricter with her diet. After about a year, all her problems disappeared, and she was healthier than in her fifties. I owe this success to The Medical Medium Anthony William’s teachings about the true root cause of high blood pressure, which gave me the confidence to help my mom heal through dietary and lifestyle changes despite family opposition.

The Root Cause of High Blood Pressure

What is the root cause of high blood pressure, and how can it be healed?

High blood pressure is considered a cardiovascular disease because it involves the heart. The heart pumps blood, and high blood pressure means it's getting harder to pump. Doctors attribute this to age, genetics, and lifestyle, but they don't know the true root cause.

In simple terms, high blood pressure is caused by thick blood that's hard to pump. Cleaner, purer, and thinner blood is easier to pump, preventing high blood pressure.

Two Key Factors for Healing High Blood Pressure

To make it easier for the heart to pump blood, there are two key factors.

The first is the liver. Problems with liver function are the real cause of high blood pressure. One important liver function is filtering blood to keep it thin and easy to pump. When the liver is overburdened, it can't filter blood properly, causing it to thicken over time.

Why does the liver become overburdened? There are many reasons, including:

1. Absorbing too much fat from oils, meat, nuts, etc. Even vegetarians can be unhealthy if they consume too much fat. The amount of fat needs to be greatly reduced, whether it's good or bad fat, to lessen the liver's burden and clean the blood.

2. Exposure to toxic chemicals in everyday life, like detergents and pesticides.

3. Presence of toxic heavy metals in the body from fish, medications, batteries, etc.

4. Various pathogens in the body, such as the Epstein-Barr virus, staphylococcus, and bacteria from eating raw fish.

Ideally, you should address all these causes, but it can be challenging. For my mom, I didn’t want her to make too many changes at once. I started by drastically reducing her fat intake, changing her breakfast first, then making her lunch and dinner low in fats, including less meat.

She switched to fresh fruits and vegetables as main foods. If you worry about fruits being too sweet, check out my other article, "Cutting Out Sugar Wrongly: Missing Out on Healing Opportunities," to understand more.

Breakfast is especially important. Any oil before noon, like from fried eggs, nuts, or bread, affects the liver's work. So, during her healing process, my mom's breakfast was usually celery juice, lemon water, vegetable juice, fruits, and raw vegetables—completely oil-free.

To heal high blood pressure, the first key is to eat a diet of plant based, which is fruits and vegetables without any oil to boost liver function.

Besides liver function, the second key to making blood easier to pump is preventing chronic dehydration.

The body is 70% water, and 20% is water molecules, so it's essentially 90% water. Drinks like tea, coffee, sugary beverages, and sports drinks cause chronic dehydration, thickening the blood.

So, what to do? Drink vegetable or fruit juices daily, such as lemon water, undiluted cucumber juice, and other pure vegetable juices. This will genuinely hydrate the body, thinning the blood. Over time, like a year or two, blood pressure can return to normal.

In summary, the two keys to healing high blood pressure are reducing fat intake to boost liver function and hydrating with pure vegetable and fruit juices.

May you have a healthy body and a fulfilling life!
